When we suggested a vendor or discussed utilizing a component that was not typically used in the Treasure Valley, Joe would work to understand and examine all of our suggestions. There
were several instances when an idea was put out there and within a few days, Joe had researched the pluses and minuses, tracked down the materials and presented the cost. Such actions by Joe
always made us feel that our suggestions were heard and valued.
