About Horizon Construction Services

Since 1995 Joe Perdew has been a custom home builder, land developer, and remodeling general contractor in Boise and surrounding areas. 

Joe's passion is designing and building a remodel, addition, or custom home that has higher quality design details, structural integrity, and craftsmanship, and is much more energy efficient than the average home.

Joe started Horizon Construction Services in 2010 focusing on remodeling, additions, shops, and barns.  In recent years we started building custom homes again.  Since 1995 Joe has specialized in designing and building energy-efficient homes that provide each homeowner with a very comfortable home to live in with lower utility bills.  With each remodel or addition we focus on incorporating energy efficiency whenever possible.  Being a motorsports enthusiast we have designed and built many upper-scale shops to fit the car builder's needs.

At Horizon Construction Services, our specialty is building a high-quality product and providing our clients with superior customer service.  We strive to provide our clients with the best experience throughout the process from our initial meeting to finishing your dream home.  We would rather build fewer remodels, additions, or custom homes per year in order to provide an exceptional experience for each homeowner.
